This High Performance Table Top Gas Fired Pizza Oven has a heat output of between 12,512 and 14,688 BTUs and will cook a pizza up to 30cm square in around 60 seconds. The gas can be ignited using the push and turn electronic ignition and the temperature can be adjusted by turning the control knob.
The external housing is a high temperature black powder coated steel with die cast aluminium frame and three foldable 430 stainless steel legs. The interior is 430 stainless steel with a cordierite pizza stone. Cordierite is an extremely durable mineral known for its ability to handle extreme temperatures well and is thermal shock resistant.
This Table Top Pizza Oven comes complete with an aluminium pizza peel with rubberwood handle and overall dimensions 60.9 x 30.3cm.
